Ironfish is one of Australia’s leading investment companies. Specialists in helping investors to build their own diverse property portfolio, they educate and mentor investors through seminars, face-to-face meetings and regular information updates.
Ironfish were an expanding business that had outgrown their St Leonards office, both in space and in market position. Previously located across two floors, they found a single larger floor in North Sydney with impressive harbour views.
The new location allowed for a more impressive front of house area that reflects their brand and accommodates larger functions. Care was taken in setting a hospitable, warm tone that is welcoming and not too corporate.
The open workspace was designed with growth in mind, whilst still giving staff the option of breaking away in the meeting spaces or small quiet work spaces. There was close consideration given to Feng Shui which led to the locations of some of the key staff and their relationships to others.
A functional and inviting breakout space was created which gives them the necessary traffic flow access when hosting functions. This makes managing the space and it’s required back of house admin function possible and also provides an enjoyable social space for staff, which they did not previously have.
